About The Position

Responsible for enabling, activating, and supporting the WWT field sellers to drive accelerated market adoption for Rubrik. Candidate will have both a business background that enables engagement at various levels of an organization, as well as a sales background that enables management of joint GTM efforts and easily interacts with enterprise customers. Play a key cross-functional role in the creation of new security campaigns around growing Rubrik business.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of applicable industry experience in a Cyber sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business outcomes, product, and technical challenges.
  • Ability to build and convey compelling value propositions in a simplified manner.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key cross-functional role in the creation of new security campaigns around growing Rubrik business.
  • Deliver Rubrik-centric messaging across the global field organization to drive opportunities.
  • Work with multiple sales and technical teams within both WWT and Rubrik to define and execute joint technology, marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Engage field sales organizations, establish interlocks with WWT sales teams to create and drive revenue opportunities.
  • Execute on activity targets and work with WWT sales organizations to achieve/exceed goals. Create and execute the team's business plan with key internal stakeholders (e.g., service teams etc.)
  • Identify joint customer segments and industry verticals to approach with a joint value proposition for using WWT.
  • Ensure that WWT is Rubrik’s preferred partner in each topic area.
  • Develop and manage internal enablement calendar for educating account teams. Coordinate resources to present on relevant topics and enable sales teams to hunt for opportunities.
  • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team.
