About The Position

This position is heavily travel-based. Installers are almost always working outside of Charlotte and should expect to travel regularly and stay overnight for extended periods of time in different cities and states. Replay Surfacing is a rapidly growing company specializing in poured-in-place rubber surfacing for playgrounds, sport courts, and commercial spaces. We take pride in quality installations, efficiency, and building a strong team that can grow with us.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to perform physical labor consistently
• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions

Nice To Haves

• Construction or installation experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Install poured-in-place rubber surfacing systems
• Mix and apply rubber materials
• Perform detailed finishing work to meet quality standards
• Assist with site prep, layout, and clean-up
• Travel frequently (often weekly) to job sites across multiple cities and states
• Stay overnight for extended periods while working on out-of-town projects
• Work long days as needed to complete projects on schedule
• Adapt to changing schedules due to weather and job site conditions
