About The Position

We are Physitrack, a company listed on Nasdaq First North, whose platform is used by clinicians in over 100 countries for exercise prescription, patient monitoring, and treatment outcome evidence. In June 2026, we launched remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) in the US. The demand for RTM is growing, but clinicians face administrative challenges and uncertainty regarding billing. This role is designed to address these issues by providing direct support and education to RTM customers, helping them navigate the complexities of RTM adoption and billing to ensure they can effectively utilize the platform and services.

Requirements

  • Experience with RTM / CMS codes.
  • A licensed PT (Physical Therapist).
  • Comfortable communicating via phone with practice owners who may be busy and skeptical.
  • Ability to influence and change the minds of others regarding new practices or technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Outpatient private practice experience.
  • Enjoyment in changing someone's mind.

Responsibilities

  • Work with existing Physitrack clinics using RTM, guiding them from policy acceptance to enrolling their first patient and achieving CPT eligibility for their first episode.
  • Answer specific clinical questions regarding RTM, such as remote review time, billable codes, and copay procedures outside of Medicare.
  • Develop educational materials for the sales and customer success teams and train them on how to use these resources.
  • Participate in calls with prospective customers, providing clinical credibility to advance sales conversations.
  • Educate and enable practices on RTM, focusing on the aspects of the service that do not involve direct clinical monitoring or access to patient data.

Benefits

  • Contractor opportunity
  • Flexible hours (1-10 hours per week)
  • Competitive hourly rate ($65 - $90 per hour depending on experience)
