About The Position
This role involves inspecting sheets for defects according to customer-specific criteria, accurately recording data, and preparing materials for shipment. The position is located in Rogers, CT, and operates on the 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm).

Responsibilities
- Follow correct inspection criteria for different customer grades to inspect both sides of sheets for defects.
- Accurately record sheet number on each sheet or interleaving material.
- Accurately weigh sheets and enter sheet specifications into the computer.
- Maintain accurate data on trim loss and sheet weights.
- Cut or trim sheets to size.
- Stack and label sheets with lot numbers.
- Perform all panelizing or weight grouping.
- Accurately select correct sheet numbers for panel make-up or weight grouping.
- Package material according to customer requirements.
- Create and prepare labels and shipping forms.
- Observe prescribed or necessary safety precautions and work according to good manufacturing and housekeeping practices.
- Detect unusual conditions and report to supervisor.
- Maintain and clean work area/equipment.
- Perform various other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Rotate between duties as required.
