About The Position

Apave America Inc is hiring for a Full-time RT Level II Technician in the Bismarck, ND area. This is a local position and does not include per diem. The NDE Level II must possess the technical knowledge and skills required to perform NDE inspections and prepare detailed, accurate reports of findings in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications. The individual shall be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the methods for which they are qualified and is responsible for providing on-the-job training and guidance to trainees.

Requirements

Current IRRSP Card or State Card required for Radiographers.
SNT Level II certification in RT required for Radiographers.
Must provide proof of classroom training hours.
Must have 40 hours of Radiation Safety Training.
Must be capable of following verbal and written instructions.
Valid Driver’s License.
Must pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing.
Must pass pre-employment background checks.

Nice To Haves

SNT Level II certifications in MT, PT, UTT will be considered an asset.
Computed Radiography (CR) experience considered an asset.
Current SPRAT and/or IRATA Rope Access certification will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Perform NDE inspections.
Prepare detailed, accurate reports of findings in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
Provide on-the-job training and guidance to trainees.
