About The Position
Manage Falcon's Nest Restaurant early opening (before school) on a daily basis for the school year. Arrange for adequate supplies, physically open the restaurant, prepare hot and cold beverage stations, arrange for food and drinks to be ready for consumption, prepare bank, supervise any students or CA staff.
Requirements
- Employment as a RSTA Teacher in Culinary Arts
- Familiarity with Mass. DESE Chapter74 regulations as they apply to Live Work
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to perform budgetary and bookkeeping tasks related to Live Work
