About The Position

The RSA / MFA Engineer will support ONI’s Zero Trust mission in Suitland, Maryland, by designing, integrating, and sustaining multi-factor authentication solutions that protect critical Navy Intelligence systems. The role administers and optimizes RSA Authentication Manager and MFA services, integrates MFA across identity providers, applications, network devices, and cloud environments, and provides Tier II/III engineering support across mission systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area and at least 8 years of experience, or a master’s degree and at least 6 years of experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• At least 5 years of IT/cyber experience.
• Strong RSA SecurID experience.
• Experience with Windows, RHEL, Cisco devices, VMware, AWS, and/or Azure.
• PKI/certificate and directory troubleshooting skills.
• Active IAT or IAM Level II/III DoD-approved 8570 baseline certification, such as Security+ CE or CASP certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Entra ID / Azure identity.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and IAM tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize RSA Authentication Manager and MFA services.
• Integrate MFA with Active Directory, Entra ID, applications, network devices, and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot authentication and directory issues.
• Support token issuance, replacement, and lifecycle management.
• Provide Tier II/III engineering support across mission systems.
