Requirements

  • Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload (100/20 or more recommended)
  • Hardwired internet connection required
  • Speed test submission required as part of the offer process

Responsibilities

  • Coaching & Mentoring: Provide real-time coaching and support to agents to improve call quality, script adherence, and productivity.
  • Monitoring Performance: Track individual agent performance (KPIs like calls per hour, closing rates, etc.) and give immediate feedback. Address RTA callouts in real time.
  • Resolve Escalations: Handle escalated calls that agents cannot resolve, providing support to keep processes smooth.
  • Motivation & Team Morale: Motivate team members to reach targets, manage morale, and create a positive working environment.
  • Training Assistance: Help onboard new agents or provide refresher training when needed.
  • Daily Operations: Ensure agents are following the script, hitting daily call quotas, and staying productive.
  • Daily Phone Time: 15% of the day should be spent on the phone, a minimum of 6 hours per week. However, if resources are limited or the team is behind the goal, this time should be expanded to help push the team to reach their goal of leading by example.
  • Quality Calibration: Ensuring that all team members are meeting quality standards by reviewing a minimum of 3 calls per rep bi-monthly, followed by a calibration session with the quality assurance department.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Hourly team members are eligible for additional compensation based on the timing of hours worked, as follows:
  • Evening Differential: An additional $1.50 per hour will be paid for all hours worked after 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
  • Late-Night Differential: An additional $2.00 per hour will be paid for all hours worked after 10:00 PM Eastern Time.
  • Weekend Differential: An additional $1.50 per hour will be paid for all hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays, regardless of time of day.
  • Shift differential pay is calculated in addition to base hourly wages and will be reflected on the corresponding payroll cycle.
  • Bonus potential: Earn up to $1,500 per month
  • 5% Bilingual Pay Allowance
