We are hiring an RPM Supervisor to oversee our night shift nursing team. This role serves as the primary contact for all RPM-related questions and concerns during the shift, acting as a bridge between the clinical staff and RPM leadership. The RPM Supervisor will manage nurse scheduling, performance tracking, training, and ensure adherence to established protocols and procedures. This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical knowledge, and the ability to maintain structure and clarity during off-hours.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all RPM-related questions or concerns from the team
  • Act as a liaison between RPM staff and the RPM Manager
  • Provide timely and accurate information, guidance, and support to address queries effectively
  • Create and distribute the weekly RPM nurse schedule and daily assignments
  • Ensure records are up-to-date and accessible for reference and analysis
  • Implement and maintain a real-time tracking system for team performance
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement performance improvement strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational RPM policies and procedures
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate follow-up training as needed
  • Train clinical staff on remote monitoring devices, platforms, and workflows
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable work environment
  • Address scheduling conflicts and ensure appropriate workload distribution
  • Communicate changes and updates clearly and promptly
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
  • Active LVN, LPN, or RN license (required)
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), or virtual healthcare
  • Demonstrated ability to lead independently during evening and overnight hours
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
  • Personal computer with reliable, high-speed internet connection
  • Internet speed test required during the interview (recommended minimum: 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload)
