About The Position

The Relocation Project Management (RPM) Coordinator will assist the Space Planning Delivery team with the planning and implementation of relocations, logistic moves, furniture reconfigurations and IT systems. This role is highly interactive with the client onsite. A strong customer service focus and desire to provide direct assistance to the client is required.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of relocation move processes and furniture systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal & external clients
Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
Software competency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
Software competency in Smartsheets, AdaptiveWork or similar project management-style programs
Minimum 1 – 3 years practical experience
Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
Ability to problem solve and be proactive in a fast paced environment
Client and customer service focused with strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to priortize and manage several projects
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Provides operational and procedural support to ensure projects are executed in accordance with established departmental, building, and client means, methods, and procedures
Serves as client single-point-of-contact for day-to-day moves, adds, and changes, and project execution related to move management
Provide superior customer service and customer support for day to day activities and questions as well as project support for large moves
Supports the maintenance of a central database in Tririga/Floorscope
Help obtains quotes and generates RFQs required for completion of MAC and simple projects
Receives and manage all project requests for user moves and oversees scheduling, execution and vendor management
Coordinate and schedule walkthroughs with facilities management, vendors and all parties involved in relocations, etc
Ensure all project/account activities and processes are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes including client's and JLL's policies and procedures
Coordinate work order and small project execution with vendors, including but not limited to furniture reconfigurations and space enhancements
Issues work orders for approved projects to vendors, supervises furniture and related equipment moves, receives and verifies work completion
Perform pre-move and move day duties to include but not limited to: Pre- and post-move audits, furniture inventory, installing signage and supervising movers
Ensure all move management activities and processes are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes including client's and JLL's policies and procedures
Receive and process client ergonomic and accommodation requests, coordinate all ergonomic assessment scheduling with end user, conduct assessment, order products as deemed necessary as part of assessment and assessment follow-up
Coordinate with client representative to provide employees workstations accommodations as necessary
