About The Position

MIDFLORIDA Credit Union is seeking an RPA .NET Developer I to join their team. This role focuses on implementing business technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and enhance member and employee experience. The developer will create web-based solutions using Intranet development platforms, coordinate with stakeholders, communicate project status, and support user acceptance testing. The goal is to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and organizational objectives. The position involves utilizing .NET programming languages for front-end and back-end development, learning and implementing new technologies, managing time effectively, participating in peer reviews, and collaborating with other departments to deliver high-quality solutions. The role requires exercising sound judgment, discretion, and compliance with security guidelines, while also providing technical solutions for electronic services and communicating professionally with all parties involved. A high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, attention to detail, and professionalism is expected.

Requirements

• A passion for creating amazing applications and user experiences.
• An Associates degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a full stack developer utilizing .NET Technologies.
• Able to manage shifting priorities and workloads while handling multiple tasks.
• Able to work in a team environment as well as independent with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work Monday through Friday in 8 hour shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Team Foundation Server, WCF, Web API, REST API and c# a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement business technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance member and employee experience.
• Develop web based solutions using Intranet development platforms.

• Help ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and organizational objectives.

• Learn and implement new technologies that benefits MIDFLORIDA Credit Union and its members.
• Effectively manage time and tasks to produce deliverables on time.
• Participate in peer reviews to ensure the highest code quality and security.
• Work with other departments and individuals to ensure requirements are identified and met to deliver high-quality solutions to our membership.
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion while remaining compliant with well-defined limits, procedures, and security guidelines.
• Provide technical solutions in support of MIDFLORIDA’s electronic services.
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with all departments, vendors, and internal teams while promoting collaboration and service excellence.
• Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, attention to detail, and professionalism at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
