About The Position
We are seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineer to support enterprise automation initiatives with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and system integrations. This role designs, builds, and integrates automation solutions using established RPA platforms while enabling advanced capabilities through Clienture AI and/or Google Vertex AI where appropriate. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, automation developers, and AI platform teams to deliver scalable, secure, and well integrated solutions. With guidance, the engineer recommends solution approaches and provides technical direction across the development lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and implementation, ensuring high quality solutions delivered on time and within budget. The position also supports operational stability through root cause analysis and issue resolution to meet established SLAs, evaluates the feasibility of business requirements, and translates them into effective automation solutions. Adherence to Center of Excellence (CoE) standards, security and risk management practices, change management, and continuous improvement is a core expectation of the role.
Requirements
- Hands on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA platform
- Experience with process simulations/automation, solution development and/or business analysis
- Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing tools such as ABBYY or equivalent OCR/IDP technologies
- Understanding system integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handling
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required)
- Hands on RPA & IDP Experience
- Clear evidence of applied experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) and Intelligent Document Processing.
- Integration & Architecture Thinking (Beyond “Bot Builder”).
- API integrations (REST, JSON, auth tokens, etc.), connecting RPA to enterprise systems, databases, or services, designing solutions that fit into a broader architecture.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
Nice To Haves
- Experience integrating with Clienture AI services and/or Google Vertex AI (preferred)
- Experience or knowledge in a banking/financial services industry (preferred)
- Experience with process simulations/automation, solution development and/or business analysis
- Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing tools such as ABBYY or equivalent OCR/IDP technologies

- Possess familiarity with cloud architectures and AI/ML service consumption patterns.
