About The Position

As an RPA Developer in the Business Process Automation Center of Excellence (BPA CoE), you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise automation solutions that enable business transformation and operational excellence across the organization. The role encompasses the full automation lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, support, and continuous improvement. You will serve as a technical expert for automation technologies, ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of automation services while driving innovation through process optimization and the adoption of best practices. Working in partnership with business and technology teams, you will help deliver scalable, secure, and reliable automation solutions that create measurable business value and support the organization's digital transformation objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Up to 3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, Document Understanding).
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Cloud and Desktop Flows, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry).
  • Strong proficiency in C# or VB.NET for custom activities and Python for script integration.
  • Expert knowledge of SQL Server (stored procedures, views) and experience consuming/building RESTful API's as part of automation flows.
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud services.
  • You have a willingness to work as a part of a distributed and agile international team.
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice To Haves

  • UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions following development standards, coding best practices, and solution architecture guidelines.
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and process owners to understand current processes and automation requirements.
  • Assess feasibility, complexity, expected benefits, and potential risks of automation initiatives.
  • Provide production support and incident resolution.
  • Monitor automated processes in production environments and troubleshoot workflow failures, application issues, and infrastructure-related challenges.
  • Ensure solution quality, governance, and compliance.
  • Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and UAT support activities.
  • Produce and maintain process design documents, solution design documents, operational runbooks, and support documentation.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, application support, and business teams to deliver automation solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, project planning, and solution reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing automations through process optimization, AI capabilities, orchestration improvements, and reusable components.
  • Contribute to CoE best practices, framework development, and automation strategy initiatives.
