About The Position
This role is for an RPA Developer with our esteemed client. The position is hybrid, requiring 2 days onsite in Austin, TX, specifically on Thursdays and Fridays. The primary focus will be on designing, developing, and maintaining RPA and document processing solutions, including building automations for large datasets and multi-page documents. The role also involves data ingestion, analysis, and search enablement, with collaboration within Agile Scrum or Kanban teams and support for automation platforms and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- 8 plus years of RPA development experience
- 4 plus years of experience in Blue Prism
- Experience with attended and unattended bots
- Strong experience with APIs, REST services, and SQL databases
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data, reporting, and analytics

- Azure infrastructure and troubleshooting
- Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and Cloud
- Java development
- Power BI and SQL
- Azure AI and Cognitive Search
- Blue Prism or Microsoft Power Platform certifications
