  • If developing communication or reporting skills, willing to complete business communication training, Tableau/Power BI fundamental courses, or presentation-skills workshops to support effective stakeholder engagement and value reporting.
  • If not yet hands-on with automation technology, able to quickly upskill via Blue Prism University (RPA Business Analyst, Junior Developer), Microsoft Power Automate learning paths, SQL fundamentals courses, or guided sandbox projects demonstrating understanding of automation capabilities and limitations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with one or more automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere).

  • Strong critical thinking skills and comfort operating in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
  • Experience in healthcare payer or provider operations, especially in large, multi-facility environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to guide stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Understand core RCM functions such as billing, payment posting, denials, prior authorization, coding, and collections.
