About The Position

The University seeks a dedicated leader to serve as Head Coach and Program Director for its intercollegiate club rowing program during the 9-month academic year. This role works with the student-led club team to oversee all aspects of operations within the educational mission of the University, the Department of Student Life, and the Student Government Association (SGA). The coach will educate student-athletes on the value of sport, foster competitive readiness for US Rowing events, and ensure full compliance with University, SGA, and US Rowing regulations.

  • Attendance at competitions—including safely towing rowing shells—is required.
