About The Position
Seldin Company is seeking a Roving Tax Credit Leasing Specialist for the Colorado Springs, CO area. This is a Tax Credit property. This position will pay up to $50,000 annually, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. Experience with Tax Credit (LIHTC) property management is required. The Roving Leasing Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents seeking a new home and provide exceptional customer service to the community's existing residents.
