The Roving Sales & Marketing Associate converts prospective residents into community tours and leases, delivers personalized apartment-community tours, supports a consistently strong resident experience, and builds awareness through social media. The role travels among a portfolio of properties in Baltimore, Maryland. It includes working three weekends per month, with two days off during the week. The position offers additional bonus opportunities and a salary range of $50,000–$51,000 USD.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects and provide helpful, compelling information about the community and neighborhood to convert leads into community tours.
• Conduct informative, personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring the resident experience is consistently stellar.
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
• Work three weekends per month, with two days off during the week.
