This role requires heavy knowledge of residential maintenance foundations, rotating on-call availability, and effective verbal and written communication skills with residents, vendors, and team members. Industry experience and certifications are required, the ideal candidate will excel by balancing administrative tasks with our cutting-edge technology. Venterra Roving Maintenance Manager enjoy competitive hourly pay + 10% performance-based bonus, paid out quarterly . Given that the main focus of this role will require travel throughout the Jacksonville Region the ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license during their employment & have access to a working vehicle that allows the ability to travel throughout the region, as needed. The Roving Maintenance Manager's role requires a wide range of various maintenance needs to assist on-site maintenance teams in the day-to-day operations of their properties.
