Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER! Pay : $28-$31/hr + on-call & quarterly bonuses Schedule : M-F 8-5, on call once every 3 weeks Responsible for a helping 5 properties! Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred
Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
Light plumbing and electrical experience
Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)

Responsibilities

Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
Exterior structural maintenance as needed
Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal
Assist in trash removal and cleanup onsite
Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
