About The Position

This full-time, non-exempt position is responsible for performing leasing and resident experience duties across various Affinity managed apartment communities in Tigard, Oregon. The role involves advertising and promoting properties, managing leads, conducting tours, completing the lease process, ensuring rent collection, and engaging with prospective and current tenants. The position requires a professional and courteous approach, with the ability to handle tenant relations and facilitate resident events. A location assignment schedule will be provided.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience
• Reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, and ambition for continuous professional development

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property
• Utilize industry specific software for lead management
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents
• Ensure compliance with renter’s insurance
• Maintain resident occupancy of 95%
• Ensure the timely collection of rent and other ancillary revenue
• Engage with your prospective and current tenants using a professional and courteous approach
• Escalate tenant relation issues to Property Manager
• Facilitate resident events
• Comply with all Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
• Comply with appropriate state landlord/tenant statutes
• Attend training and development seminars
• Other duties as assigned by Property Manager
