About The Position
Seldin Company is hiring a Roving Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician based in Omaha, Nebraska. The position assists at multiple apartment communities and requires travel. Pay is up to $29.50 per hour, based on experience, certifications, skills, and education. The technician diagnoses and performs major, minor, and routine maintenance and repairs and provides customer service to community residents. The role requires availability for an on-call maintenance schedule as needed and travel up to 100% of the time. Candidates must be able to tolerate extreme hot and cold weather. A background check and drug screen are required before hiring.
Requirements
- Three to four years of related experience or training.
- Ability to work independently.
- EPA or HVAC certification is required.
- Tolerance to extremes of hot and cold weather.
- Availability to travel up to 100% of the time.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance and repairs at apartment communities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
- Assist at multiple apartment communities, traveling as required.
- Be available for an on-call maintenance schedule as needed.
