About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking a Roving Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician to assist at many of our apartment communities. This position will require travel up to 100% of the time and will involve diagnosing and performing major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs, while also providing exceptional customer service to residents. Requirements

• Three to four years of related experience or training
• Ability to work independently
• EPA or HVAC certification is required
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule as needed
• Travel up to 100% of the time
