Requirements
- Knowledge of basic construction, power tools, and repairs
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required
- Must be willing to travel throughout our portfolio
- Able to lift heavy materials and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of construction or renovation experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform demolition, repairs, painting, drywall, and basic carpentry
- Assist with construction, renovations, and appliance/fixture installations
- Load, unload, and transport tools and materials
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Follow safety procedures, building codes, and company standards
- Communicate progress and complete basic work documentation
