Wells Fargo is seeking a Roving Banker to provide support across a variety of branch locations within a specific geography. This role involves covering for absent bankers or tellers and temporarily filling vacancies. The Roving Banker must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new surroundings while consistently meeting customer needs. A key aspect of the role is delivering an exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers achieve financial success. The position also involves assisting customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. The Roving Banker will receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures. This role requires developing an understanding of bank products and services to effectively connect them to customer needs, interacting with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships, and referring customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed. This is a SAFE position, meaning it involves customer contact and duties that may include offering/negotiating terms or taking applications for dwelling-secured transactions. Therefore, compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations is mandatory. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results and Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z.
