About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring an experienced Roving Painter to support six apartment communities throughout the Waite Park/St. Cloud area. This role involves painting, surface preparation, drywall repair, light carpentry, and apartment make-ready work, offering variety and the opportunity to utilize your skills across different properties.

Requirements

6+ months of painting experience
Experience with drywall repair, painting and/or light carpentry
Basic knowledge of outlets, switches and light fixtures
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation between properties

Responsibilities

Paint and stain interior and exterior areas
Prepare surfaces, including drywall repair, texture work and light carpentry
Complete caulking, trim work and finishing details
Assist with apartment make-ready and unit turns
Remove/reinstall outlet covers, fixtures and other items as needed
Maintain paint, tools and supplies
Keep work areas clean and safe
Travel between assigned properties throughout the Waite Park/St. Cloud area

Benefits

$19.00–$21.00 Per Hour DOE
Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
On-call bonus structure up to $100/week
