The Routing Intelligence Analyst will demonstrate a strong understanding and execution of daily routing using specialized routing software (Ortec & Omnitracs). This role involves daily communication with locations to coordinate resources, drivers, trucks, and specific customer delivery needs, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of routing solutions. The analyst will solve daily routing challenges by optimizing for the fewest trucks and drivers (FLEX routing) while considering workload, geographical areas, proper sequencing, balanced workload, and customer/driver continuity. The position ensures routing solutions comply with DOT hour and weight regulations and achieve location productivity targets for hours, stops, and cases. The analyst will also meet location and Routing Intelligence Center (RIC) productivity targets, handle customer and internal employee interactions professionally, serve as LPO for larger locations Go-to-Market projects, and be responsible for regular score-carding, analytics, and field reviews. Additionally, the role includes periodic presentations on market and location opportunities and providing input on Pre-Sell Routing for assigned locations.
