The Routing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily logistics operations across multiple districts. This position is responsible for building and adjusting driver routes, supporting same-day operational needs, and helping ensure services are completed efficiently and on time. This role works closely with Drivers, Dispatch, Scheduling, Customer Service, and District Managers in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

Build and optimize daily driver routes using ServiceCore
Support same-day requests and operational changes as they arise
Coordinate with Dispatch, Scheduling, Customer Service, and District Managers throughout the day
Communicate route details and updates to drivers
Help balance workloads and improve route efficiency
Monitor route execution and assist with operational problem solving
Maintain accurate routing notes and communication records
Support overall operational efficiency and customer service goals
