Responsibilities
- Blend problem solving and multitasking to build the most optimized routes for our pest technicians.
- Receiving incoming calls from our technicians.
- Making minor outbound calls to a few customers for scheduling conflicts.
- Scheduling appointments and optimizing technician routes.
