About The Position

Urbanex Pest Control is seeking a Route Technician to join their team in Raleigh. This role involves driving a company truck to 10-12 homes and businesses daily to inspect for pests, apply treatments, and build customer relationships. The technician will work independently on their route, with support from a local team and dispatcher. No prior experience is required, but experienced pest control technicians may earn higher initial rates. Experience in related trades like lawn care, HVAC, or landscaping is also preferred but not required. The position requires a valid state pest control license or the ability to obtain one, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting equipment, and interacting with customers. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
