About The Position

Filta is a leader in mobile fryer management, using proprietary, vacuum-based micro-filtration technology to recycle cooking oil, reduce waste, and keep professional kitchens running at peak performance. As an Overnight Fryer Technician, you will operate a custom Filta service vehicle and perform the signature "FiltaFry" service. This includes advanced filtration of cooking oil using a specialized vacuum system to extend its life and promote eco-friendliness, as well as high-suction cleaning of deep fryers to remove carbon buildup and ensure equipment is ready for the morning shift. You will manage your own route independently across Augusta and surrounding areas, acting as the face of Filta and ensuring safety and sustainability for clients in restaurants, hospitals, and sporting venues.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (not a permit).
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Comfortable being on your feet.
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to relay information back to the main office.
• Ability to keep clients happy.
• Overnight/early morning lifestyle availability, including some weekends.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid drivers license.
