About The Position

Urbanex Pest Control is seeking a Route Technician to join their team. This role involves driving a company truck to 10-12 homes and businesses daily to inspect for pests, apply treatments, and build customer relationships. You will work independently on your route, with support from a local team and dispatcher. The company is the 38th largest pest control company in the U.S. and is growing, with opportunities for internal promotion.

Requirements

• Valid state pest control license, or ability to obtain one
• 21+ with a clean driving record and drivers license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, lifting equipment, and talking with customers
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pest control
• Strong experience in a related trade (lawn care, HVAC, landscaping, facilities)
