About The Position

Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions provides award-winning fryer management and cooking oil filtration services. We help our customers make their food taste better, keep kitchens safe, and operate in an environmentally conscious way. As a Route Service Technician, you will be the boots on the ground for your assigned customer route. You'll ensure our clients' kitchens are clean, safe, and running efficiently while providing friendly, professional service. This role reports to our Knoxville office and management team.

Requirements

Ability to learn quickly and stay up to date on service procedures
Strong communication skills and credibility with clients
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Fluent in English and able to read a map
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Able to lift up to 75 pounds consistently
Comfortable working in commercial kitchens and handling hot cooking oil
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be comfortable working in commercial kitchens cleaning deep fryers and handling hot cooking oil daily

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized service van; request re-orders as needed
Follow Filta franchise standards and policies
Use provided safety equipment and follow safe work practices at all times
Arrive on time and follow your weekly route schedule
Keep accurate service records for each customer
Ensure client sites are clean and free from debris after each visit
Perform daily and weekly maintenance on company vehicles and equipment
