About The Position

Urbanex Pest Control is seeking a Route Technician to join their team. In this role, you will drive a company truck to 10-12 homes and businesses daily, inspecting for pests, applying treatments, and building relationships with customers. You will work independently on your route, with support from a local team and dispatcher. Urbanex is the 38th largest pest control company in the U.S. and is growing, with a strong emphasis on promoting from within.

Requirements

• No experience required
• Valid state pest control license, or ability to obtain one
• 21+ with a clean driving record and drivers license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, lifting equipment, and talking with customers
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experienced pest control technicians may initially earn higher rates dependent on experience
• Strong experience in a related trade (lawn care, HVAC, landscaping, facilities) also preferred but not required
