About The Position

Island Restrooms, a family-owned and operated portable restroom company serving all of Southern Florida, is seeking a Route Service Technician for its Palm Beach Depot in Belle Glade. This role involves driving an assigned route to service, clean, and restock portable toilets and luxury restroom trailers. The company has built its reputation on clean equipment and 5-star service, and this position is key to maintaining that standard. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, staying busy, and takes pride in their work. Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required by our insurance and for access to client sites)
Ability to pass a background check
Reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic
Attention to detail and pride in clean, well-kept equipment
Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather and handle physical tasks like lifting, pushing, and pulling
A team player who's comfortable taking direction

Nice To Haves

Experience in route service, delivery driving, sanitation, landscaping, facilities, or other hands-on work is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Drive an assigned route to service, clean, and restock portable toilets and luxury restroom trailers
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and keep your service vehicle in excellent condition
Keep the depot yard organized, clean, and ready for daily operations
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Give clients friendly, professional service on every stop
Help with special events and VIP properties as needed
Document service activities and report any equipment issues
