Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom)
  • Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently
  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through company approved vendor, as required for travel or site visits.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred

Responsibilities

  • Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.
  • Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
  • maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
  • Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
  • Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
  • Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.
  • Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically.
  • Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.
