Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom)
- Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
- Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through a company-approved vendor, as required for travel or site visits.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred
Responsibilities
- Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Set up, replenish, and merchandise trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route, driving a company vehicle.
- Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
- Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
- Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
- Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
- Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
- Maintain a company-paid storage unit for additional inventory.
