Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, routes, and business needs.
Clean driving record.
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements (drug/alcohol test, fit-for-duty test, DOT physical).
Comfortable performing physical work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and moving carts weighing up to and exceeding 250 lbs.
Able to remain active throughout the workday, including standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
Must be at least 21 years of age to meet DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

Cover customer routes as needed to support vacation schedules, absences, growth, and business needs.
Deliver clean uniforms, mats, facility service products, and other rental items while picking up soiled products.
Help grow existing customer accounts by identifying customer needs and recommending additional products and services.
Ensure accurate deliveries, pickups, inventory management, and customer documentation.
Load, unload, and secure products and carts onto delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
Operate a company vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
Communicate customer feedback, service concerns, and vehicle issues promptly to management.
Adapt to changing daily schedules and route assignments while maintaining exceptional service.
