Requirements

Business savvy with a focus on increasing profit and customer satisfaction
Results-driven relationship manager willing to support the team and customers
Ability to work with and support a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
High School Diploma or GED
Prior customer service experience
Ability to problem-solve and handle various customer service situations
Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team
Strong computer proficiency (MS Office)
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
21 years of age
Valid non-commercial driver’s license in the state of residence
Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
Build strong relationships with customers and elevate the team's customer satisfaction levels
Collaborate with the location management team to ensure excellent customer service and product programs
Negotiate customer contract renewals
