About The Position

This role involves recruiting and leading a team of Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives who deliver to multiple customers daily. The manager will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for their location. Requirements

  • Business savvy with a focus on increasing profit and customer satisfaction
  • Results-driven, relationship manager willing to support the team and customers
  • Ability to work with and support a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
  • Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle various customer service situations
  • Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team
  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • 21 years of age
  • Valid non-commercial driver’s license in the state of residence
  • Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
  • Build strong relationships with customers and elevate the team's customer satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with the location management team to provide excellent customer service and product programs
  • Negotiate customer contract renewals
