We are currently seeking a hands-on, motivated, and relationship-driven Route Sales Representative to support and grow retail territory sales within our DSD (Direct Store Delivery) network. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in Route Sales, DSD Sales, Grocery or Retail Sales, Beverage or Snack Distribution, Merchandising, Territory Sales, and Food & CPG Sales. The Route Sales Representative is responsible for driving territory sales growth, strengthening retail customer relationships, supporting Independent Operators (IOs), and increasing product visibility across assigned retail accounts. This role is highly field-based and requires a candidate who is comfortable working independently, visiting stores regularly, supporting route execution, solving problems quickly, and maintaining strong communication with leadership and customers.
