The Route Sales Representative meets our customers needs through up-selling/cross-selling and provides superior customer service through proactively managing all route responsibilities. This role involves soliciting new customers, actively participating in promotions and contests, training, and audits. The representative must follow company policies and procedures regarding customer service and installation, ensuring customer loyalty and retention. A key aspect of the role is safely operating a delivery vehicle, maintaining its cleanliness, and performing regular inspections. Additionally, the representative handles customer payments, keeps route paperwork current, ensures timely deliveries and pickups, monitors competitive activity, and prepares route paperwork accurately. This position reports to the District Manager.
