This role involves merchandising, stocking, and rotating products on store shelves and displays to ensure quality and freshness. The Route Sales Professional Extra will drive sales by securing new display space, setting up incremental displays, and using sales data to inform store-level strategies. They will also follow up on new account opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and ensure the execution of promotions. Introducing new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts and when pursuing new customers is also a key responsibility. Daily route settlement procedures, including accounting for products, invoices, and cash, along with maintaining proper inventory counts, are required. The role also includes safely driving the company route truck and completing DOT daily logs, as well as submitting other required documentation, paperwork, and deposits on time.
