Route Sales Associate
About The Position
Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them. As a Route Sales Associate (RSA), you will be part of the relief pool to cover vacations and LOAs. You must be available to work any day of the week, Sunday through Saturday, with rotating days off. The schedule is subject to change based on business needs, and set off days are assigned once a route is bid on and won. The start time is between 3 am and 6 am, depending on the format, and is also subject to change based on business needs. The end time is when work is completed.
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
- Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
Responsibilities
- Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
- Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
- Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
- Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
- Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
