Route Sales Associate
About The Position
Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them. As a Route Sales Associate, you will drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care. This role involves delivering and checking in orders, unloading product, stocking shelves and displays, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers. You will also order product, maintain records using provided tools, and build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
- Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
Responsibilities
- Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
- Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
- Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
- Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
- Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
