About The Position
This position involves driving a PepsiCo truck on a route to serve local stores. Responsibilities include delivering and checking in orders, unloading product, stocking shelves and displays, rotating inventory, ordering product, maintaining records, and building relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives. The role is fast-paced and hands-on, requiring physical activity such as lifting, bending, and moving product. On-the-job training is provided. This role is considered "On-Site".
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
- Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
Responsibilities
- Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
- Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
- Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
- Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools
- Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
