About The Position

Buckeye Linen Service, Inc. is seeking a Route Sales and Service Driver to pick up and deliver textile and disposable products to customers on an established route. This position involves frequent interaction with customers, identifying opportunities to sell additional products and services, and earning additional income through commission opportunities. The role is labor-intensive, requiring loading, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50lbs, as well as reaching, squatting, and bending while delivering products across a wide variety of weather conditions. The company is dedicated to resource conservation and social responsibility, providing services to hospitality, lodging, healthcare, and small business customers.

Requirements

• Must have flexibility in hours (early morning start and finish in afternoon)
• Clean driving record required
• Pass the required background checks

Responsibilities

• Position picks up and delivers textile and disposable products to customers on an established route
• Frequent interaction with customers, and selling products with commission opportunities
• This position is labor intensive, requiring loading, pushing, pulling and lifting to 50lbs
• It also requires reaching, squatting and bending while delivering products to the customers and delivering products across a wide variety of weather conditions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service
• Interact with customers regularly and identify opportunities to sell additional products and services
• Earn additional income through commission opportunities
• Load, push, pull, and lift products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Repeatedly reach, squat, bend, and maneuver products throughout the workday
• Work outdoors and drive in a variety of weather conditions
• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure customer orders are handled correctly
• Represent the company professionally with every customer interaction
