Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (must obtain within 90 days of hire if not currently held).
- Clean driving record.
- Thorough understanding of traffic laws and defensive driving practices.
- Strong written and organizational skills for accurate and legible paperwork completion.
- Effective communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate invoicing.
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to meet DOT regulations.
- Verify inventory through a thorough check-out process.
- Drive to various customer locations.
- Unload products and merchandise them according to high standards.
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collect payments and manage returns effectively.
- Utilize handheld devices and printers for invoicing.
- Maintain seamless communication with account manager and sales team.
- Facilitate marketing efforts like displays and signage.
- Keep the company vehicle in pristine condition.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
