Office - Route Reconciliation
About The Position
The Office Route Reconciliation position is responsible for reconciling the routes of the drivers as they return from routes and depositing cash. At Ben E. Requirements
- At least 2 years of Accounts Receivable or equivalent experience
- 1 to 2 years work experience in an accounting environment
- Outstanding computer skills, with exceptional data entry (10-key by touch and alpha-numeric) skills
- Ability to learn and use relevant internal applications
- High School Diploma
Nice To Haves
- Wholesale food service distribution experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Audit product returns against adjustments on customer invoices to ensure accuracy of product counts upon return.
- Review route driver paperwork to ensure drivers are performing cash handling procedures according to BEK operational guidelines.
- Perform daily posting of money received from drivers to A/R and make deposits according to cash management procedures, ensuring the security of funds.
