Route Optimization Administrator - San Jose

Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years administrative or clerical experience, Fleet experience highly preferred
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
- Ability to communicate and interface with many vendors and corporate employees.
- Ability to read and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
- Ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity and see tasks through with data-based decisions.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Apply strict confidentiality rules to your daily workload.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Proficient in Windows applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Support administrative tasks for various departments.
- Schedule and update system changes for territory footprints and owners.
- Manage route mapping and sortation for delivery routes.
- Optimize routing, mapping, and costing for dedicated pick-up routes in select markets.
- Communicate with RSP business partners and facility operators for daily on-road execution.
- Manage and analyze territory footprints.
